Fear Factory "Recoded" (Adapt or Die) DJ Special: Rhys Fulber

Often styled as “The Fifth Member” or “The Honorary Member” of Fear Factory, Rhys Fulber has been there from the band’s early days. At the time, Rhys‘ band Front Line Assembly were signed to UK label Third Mind which was bought out by Roadrunner Records. It was then that he was originally recruited to assist with Fear Factory‘s first remix EP “Fear Is The Mindkiller” in 1993. A firm working relationship was established which would span the next 30 years, contributing his sound, keys and stellar programming skills to the band’s discography.

Rhys remixed 4 tracks on the upcoming Fear Factory remix album “Recoded” (Adapt or Die), 3 of which will be on the main record and a 4th bonus track will be available on the vinyl release only.

Rhys says of the remix record: “I really feel this remix record is really fresh sounding and really happening and yeah, they should just sound like this all the time.”
