Known as “The Gabber Guru,” Rob Gee is the only DJ of his kind to regularly merge the genres of metal, rock, hip hop and hardcore in his sets. Utilising the likes of Slipknot, Hatebreed, Biohazard and System of a Down (to name a few), Rob Gee has proven that there are absolutely no boundaries when it comes to music. Rob Gee was brought in to help form Fear Factory’s new remix album “Recoded” (Adapt or Die); the first remix album in 25 years.
His contribution is certainly one of the most stand-out tracks on the record captialising on the sheer force of Aggression Continuum’s Manufactured Hope and adding his heavy gabber-fused signature sound to produce ‘Hypocrisy of Faith;’ a hard-hitting, in your face, bouncing work of art.
Rob says on the track: “so the approach I took was like if I was going to like, as if there was never their version and I was going to produce this song for them, not just for my fans but for Fear Factory fans”
