Metal's biggest band Metallica was shutout at this years Billboard Music Awards. The show happened earlier tonight on Billboard.com. Metallica was up for two awards for Top Dual/Group and Top Rock/Dual Group.
Though it's a little disappointing it's not surprising since their last album 72 Seasons debuted at number 2 on the Billboard charts and sales were dismal compared to previous albums.
