Insomnium have recently announced that they have parted ways with guitarist Jani Liimatainen after not being able to reach him for quite some time.
In a statement posted on their Instagram page, they advised that the band will be going forward as a 4-piece. This will not affect their upcoming live shows; Ville Friman will be joining them on their Finnish shows whilst Brandon Ellis of The Black Dahlia Murder and Nick Cordle of Omnium Gatherum will be in attendance for their North American tour.
