Canadian shredders STRIKER announce they will be joining the Legions of Metal 2024 lineup being hosted in Chicago, IL on May 3rd and 4th. They will be performing alongside Unleash The Archers, WatchTower, Hirax, Mourn The Light, Ice Howl among more to be announced at a later date.
Surprisingly the founding guitarist of the legendary Saxon, announced his retirement from the band, according to his own statement he is tired of touring and wants to devote more time to side projects that he was carrying at the same time of Saxon.
Today Saxon announced that after meditating and trying to convince Paul not to leave the band, he reaffirmed his decision to leave the band, so he is officially out of the band for touring.
According to Saxon’s statement, Paul will continue to record with the band but will no longer be part of the tours, the shows that are scheduled for Europe this March are still on, while the shows in Mexico and South America scheduled for April are cancelled.
