Concert Review: Megadeth in New York
American thrash metal icons Megadeth returned to Long Island’s Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater on September 14, 2024
Sad news to report that Jack Russell who performed with Great White and Jack's Great White has passed away. He was 63.
Last month, he announced his retirement from touring, citing recent diagnoses of Lewy Body Dementia and Multiple System Atrophy.
In July of this year, he released his long awaited biography "The True Tale of Mista Bone: A Rock + Roll Narrative."
His former bandmates posted this on Instagram
Great White was famous for the hits 'Rock Me' and 'Once Bitten, Twice Shy.'
Various artists across the Heavy Metal and Hard Rock world have paid tribute to his sad passing. Including but not limited to Tom Keifer, Dee Snider, Bret Michaels, Jack Blades and others.
RIP Jack Russel. This man was vilified for a situation out of his control and tortured by the memories. He was not evil. And man could he sing! pic.twitter.com/M2YGiD1HqT
