FFO: Accept, Exciter, Saxon, Twisted Sister

Veterans of the heavy metal scene, Anvil have returned with their 20th studio album One and Only. The band have maintained their tried and tested formula of writing straight forward, classic heavy metal for their 20th album milestone. There is no complexity with this record and sometimes that's exactly what is needed; no nonsense heavy metal with enjoyable riffs and catchy melodies. Are the lyrics a bit cringe? Yes, absolutely but if you like your metal to be fuss-free, look no further.
